A fight at a social club in Crewe left staff with ‘a number of injuries’ including a fractured jaw and a broken nose. Police are investigating after five members of staff were assaulted at The Crozzy on December 10.

Officers were called at around 1am about reports of ‘an altercation involving a number of people’ at the Chester Street venue. They attended and found the staff members – four men and one woman – had been hurt in the incident.

Police have been making enquiries ever since and today (Monday 6th March) officers released CCTV images (shown below) of three men they are looking to speak to about the disturbance.


They are urging anyone who recognises the men (shown above), or believe they may know who they are, to get in touch.

Detective Constable Jayne Lloyd, of Crewe CID, said:

“This investigation is ongoing and as part of our enquiries we are keen to speak to the men in the CCTV images as we believe they may have vital information.

“If you think you recognise the men or have information regarding their identity please come forward. I would also like to appeal directly to the men in the CCTV images to get in touch.”
