A popular local working mans club based on North Street in Crewe, are proud to have recently expanded their image and are reaching out to local people as a live entertainment and function room venue.
Club management felt that it was time to launch a brand new website to mark the occasion, so that visitors and potential new members can easily gain information on concerts and to learn a little about the very many interesting other activities that the club will be bringing to it’s customers in 2023.
With numerous events now being held at the venue there was a need to bring up-to-date information to the public in a more modern setting.
The new website provides details on all of the brilliant artists to be appearing at the venue, including a video (where available) of each artist to help you decide who to come and see!
The Crewe News spoke to manager Phil about the plans and in what ways the club aims to move forward.
Phil Commented:
The Coppenhall Club is in a prime location in Crewe and we have had some fantastic artists performing at the venue during the last few years.
We are lucky to have such a large premises and would like to welcome more people into the club to make the most of our facilities.
We want our website to become a hub of information for our customers and we are busy working to bring online ticket sales early in 2023.
Our function room can hold 220 guests, we also provide details of our catering menus on our new website so people can browse and see that we have an option to suit every budget should they wish to book their special evening with us.
We have our lounge, games room where we show regular sports events from the Sky and BT sports channels.
Recently during the world cup we had many people share the excitement with us and there really was a great sense of community spirit from the people of Crewe.
Local Animal rescue CAFO (The Cheshire Animal Fundraising Organisation) recently held their Christmas Fayre at the venue and raised an amazing total of £2638.84.
Phil Continued:
We are very happy that we could support a Crewe based animal rescue in their annual Christmas fund raising fayre.
This Christmas Fayre was broadcast live from the event by locally based Sonnet Radio.
The club staff are proud to have been a part of such an important event that is in the hearts of local people.

Phil has kindly given the Crewe News two pairs of tickets for a brilliant show that takes place on the club function room stage on the evening of January 7th 2023.
Two winners will be picked at random by club staff, each winner will receive one pair of tickets to see a fantastic tribute act called The Four D’s.
The draw will be made on the evening of Wednesday 4th January 2023 at the club.

The Four D’s are a magnificent four-piece harmony group that breathe life into songs across every genre. With their effortless style, complex vocal harmony, pristine presentation and a wealth of charisma, this immersive group are not to be missed.
